Are your products suitable for all hair types? Yes! We offer a variety of clips, headbands, and ties designed to hold everything from fine, silky hair to thick, voluminous curls. Please check the product descriptions for specific "hold" details.
What is your return policy? We want you to love your VelinPearl pieces. If an item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Due to hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on unworn items in their original packaging.
